The general basis of the workshops and all other offers from BLATT and PINSEL are the following terms and conditions

  1. Registration: For all offers from BLATT and PINSEL, participation with written registration for events by e-mail is considered binding. Upon receipt of the registration, the participant confirms, that he * she has read the terms and conditions and agrees to them. After registration, the participant will receive a booking confirmation. As the number of participants for events is limited, registrations will be ranked after receipt of payment.
  2. Fees and Terms of Payment: As a confirmation of registration, the participant will receive a message by email with the exact dates of the event, corresponding information on the process and the account information. The invoice amount is due without deduction within three working days of registration. Payment of the workshop fee before the start of the event is a prerequisite for participation in the event. The workshop fee includes participation in the event, the material costs and the flat-rate cleaning fee.
  3. Fees and Terms of Payment: If the resignation occurs more than 24 Hours before the start of the event, so it is free of charge. Will be within 24 Registration withdrawn hours before the start of the event, the full workshop fee is due within three working days. No refund of the workshop fee is possible at the start of the event. The withdrawal of the registration must be in writing office@blattundpinsel.at respectively. In exceptional cases, the workshop management can set a replacement date once.
  4. Cancellation of the event by the organizer: If an appointment cannot be made on the part of the organizer due to unforeseeable events or illness, the amount paid will be refunded immediately and in full or an alternative date will be set. Liability- and claims for damages against the organizer cannot be asserted.
  5. execution: The organizer reserves the right, to change the dates and the venue if there are important reasons. The decision about the course of the event and the use of the working methods is incumbent on the organizer. The organizer is entitled to do so, to appoint a representative with the same qualifications.
  6. liability: For damage to property and health at An- and departure as well as during the event, the organizer assumes no liability. Fees and Terms of Payment, Fees and Terms of Payment. The organizer provides its services without liability or guarantee. Every participant is obliged, and declares that he is ready and able to do so by registering, for himself and his * her child(is) to take full responsibility.

  8. Fees and Terms of Payment: There are no side agreements to these terms and conditions. Additional or deviating agreements to these terms and conditions must be made in writing. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become ineffective or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the rest of the contract. Austrian law applies exclusively to the contractual relationship. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
