Declaration on the duty to provide information

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory regulations (GDPR). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the course of our business activities.

Contact with us

If you use the forms on this website, e-mail, social media or contact us via other electronic channels, your data will be stored by us for one year for the purpose of processing the request and follow-up questions.

We do not pass on this data without your consent, unless the request concerns an event, that we don't organize ourselves. Only in this case will we make your data available to the respective organizer.

Registration for events

When registering for one of our events, you send us your personal data using a form on this website. This form is a written agreement (contract), by which you declare your intention to use our service. Your contact details (name, e-mail, phone number, address) will be stored in digital and in printed form for an indefinite period of time (but at least 7 years within the scope of precautionary duties towards the tax office).

When registering for an event, we also process information about your children, if they are participants of the event, e.g. health information about you and/or your children (physical disabilities, allergies and intolerances). This data processing is required, to protect vital interests. This data will be saved for 6 months after the end of the event.

Joint responsibility

Unless Caroline Hoffmann and Veronika Schrenk act as organizers themselves, they provide services such as the website, social media appearance and customer communication (e.g. administration of registrations, e-mails, text messages) to other organizers. The organizers are explicitly named in the information about an event.

All data transmitted in relation to a specific event will be transmitted to the respective organizers and processed within the framework of the organizers' privacy policy.

Newsletter

You have the option, to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. Hierfür benötigen wir Ihre E-Mail-Adresse und Ihre Erklärung, that you agree to receive the newsletter. You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. Use the link in the footer of every e-mail or send us an e-mail to office@blattundpinsel.at.

For our newsletter we use the service provider Mailchimp with a server located in the USA.

Your rights

You have the right of information, rectification, deletion, restriction, data transmission, revocation and objection. If you believe, that the processing of your data or the data of your children violates data protection law or that your data protection claims have been violated in any other way, you have the right to complain to the regulatory authority. In Austria this is the data protection authority.
